Refund policy
Returns
We understand that people change their mind sometimes. Buyers have 30 days from when their order was placed to change their mind. The item must be returned to us in an unwashed, unused condition and where applicable in the original packaging with tags attached.
If the item has not yet been shipped the order can be cancelled and refunded immediately. Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing help@happinappies.co.uk
In the case where the item has been shipped, it will be the buyer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We regret we can take no responsibility for returned items that get lost in the post.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible after we receive your item but within seven days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as order number..
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless agreed by Happinappies.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange your product for something else, please send us an email at help@happinappies.co.uk so that we can arrange for you to return your original item.
Shipping
If you wish to return an item you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Depending on where you live, the time it might take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
